Senior Director, Global Sourcing

$12 billion company designing and manufacturing highly engineered solutions, which connect and protect data and power. Broadband Network Solutions business segment focuses on telecommunications and connected home products. Oversaw $850 million in spend across 16 global locations, with accountability for strategic sourcing decisions, material savings (with direct P&L impact), supplier development and performance, and supply chain design improvement. Expanded scope and responsibilities within six months, from one subsegment to combined organization of three subsegments.
